Sun City West Meridian Lodge #78 was granted Dispensation on November 18, 1993 and was issued a Warrant and Charter on May 17, 1994 by Most Worshipful Robert F. Hannon, Grand Master of Free and Accepted Masons in Arizona.
The merger of Sun City West Meridian Lodge #78 with Sun City Lodge #72 was ratified on June 7, 2003 at the 121st Grand Lodge Communication by Most Worshipful John L. Krom, Grand Master of Free and Accepted Masons in Arizona.
